Hi, my name is Rita. I live by the sea, I am an artist and avid antiques|vintage collector, at Miss Antique you can shop some of my findings.

I've started my shop by impulse. I had a large collection of vintage to sell and I found Etsy, a market so refreshing. To ship worldwide was and always is so wonderful. I love mail and being able to join that to the business is a pleasure.

I love to thrift and connect with other sellers. The search and buying is the adventurous part. I feel I found a treasure when I stumble upon superb vintage. Probably my customers feel the same when they find what they like. Having Miss Antique at Etsy, allows me to curate a store, to pass along what I love and cherish, to share knowledge too, if asked, and to learn every day with an inspiring community.

Sometimes I'm lucky to get know my pieces destiny. Once a customer wrote me back, had just received her vintage rhinestone clutch, found it breathtaking and was going to take it to a concert at the Seattle Symphony.
Things like this make my day.

My pieces come from many sources and various European cities. Flea markets and private collections. I also, from time to time, let go some of my personal favorites in order to have space for new ones.
